For corrections, tips, vendor disclosures, or research collaboration

We respond to factual corrections quickly — typically within five business days. Tips on vendor incidents, policy changes, or breach disclosures are welcome. If you want to flag something confidentially, mention that in your email and we will treat the exchange accordingly.
For vendors and PR agencies
If you are a vendor profiled on this site and you believe a claim about your product is inaccurate, please cite the specific section, what you believe is incorrect, and what the accurate statement would be with sources. We will engage with the substance of the disagreement rather than the framing.
Factual updates about product changes, policy changes, or new features are welcome. We will read them, verify the claims, and update the relevant vendor profile if the information changes our analysis.
For commercial relationships
We have a published Methodology page that sets out the commercial relationships we will and won’t accept. In short: affiliate commissions on vendors that pass our evaluation are fine, sponsored independent evaluations under transparent disclosure are fine, and white-label licensing to MSPs is fine. Paid placements that influence verdicts, sponsored content pretending to be editorial, and affiliate relationships with vendors that fail our evaluation are not.
- Affiliate enquiries — if you offer an affiliate programme and your vendor profile rates 2 of 5 or better, we may be interested. Email with the programme details and your rate card.
- Sponsored evaluation enquiries — see the Methodology page for the terms. The verdict is the verdict regardless of who paid for the research time. Vendors who do not accept this term do not get sponsored evaluations from us.
- MSP licensing — see the For MSPs page for the self-serve options. For larger licensing arrangements, email directly.
What we don’t do
- Press release re-distribution
- Guest posts that promote products
- Paid link insertions
- Sponsored social media campaigns dressed as editorial
- Cold outreach to anyone
